Clear Hills Youth Treatment Centre (CHYTC) is inviting applications for a Full-Time, Part-Time, Casual Youth Support Worker.
CHYTC is seeking a self-motivated, highly experienced individual to fulfill the role of Youth Support Worker. This is a meaningful opportunity to support youth ages 12–17 on their healing journey, with a focus on recovery, wellness, and cultural reconnection.
Youth come to our program from across Canada, and as part of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide guidance, supervision, and encouragement in a supportive, holistic environment.
Applicants are asked to submit a cover letter (addressed to Human Resources) along with a current resume and be prepared to provide three work-related references.
Please apply via the form below, or email applications to humanresources@chytc.ca.
Reporting to the CHYTC Team Lead, the Youth Support Worker’s primary role is to provide direct youth support, advocacy, and mentorship to clients on behalf of the CHYTC.
CHYTC is a treatment centre that supports up to 10 youth at a time, each with unique needs. We are located 5 minutes from Hythe, Alberta, and approximately 40 minutes from Grande Prairie, Alberta.
Our program integrates cultural recognition, ceremony, traditional practices, education, life skills, family involvement, and land-based teachings. CHYTC values collaboration, open communication, and aligns our work with the Seven Sacred Teachings and the Four Laws. If you are passionate about inclusive, individualized care—and you want to be part of a team that emphasizes healing, prevention, and cultural reconnection—we encourage you to apply. We thank all applicants for their interest. Only those selected for an interview will be contacted. Resumes from applicants not selected will not be retained.
